The A286G carding machine is mainly used for processing cotton fibers and chemical fibers. Its preceding process is the gin, which receives cotton, synthetic fibers, etc. processed by the gin for loosening, combing, and impurity removal. Through this process, the originally curled and chunky cotton balls are processed into straight single fiber states, while removing broken seeds,impurities, and short fibers left over from the embossing process.The processed fibers are directly processed into products suchas duvet covers.
